What dimensional tolerances can you hold on complex metal prototypes?
Our standard CNC milling and turning operations achieve tolerances of ±0.01mm to ±0.05mm. For critical applications, we can hold precision bores and bearing seats down to ±0.005mm using dedicated grinding and secondary precision boring equipment, depending on part geometry and material properties.
Do you provide material certifications and RoHS compliance documentation?
Yes. Every order can be accompanied by an official material test report (MTR) verifying chemical composition and physical properties. We also supply RoHS compliance declarations for electronic, medical, and consumer components to confirm they are free from restricted substances.
Which CAD file formats do you support for automated quotes and toolpath generation?
We accept standard 3D file formats, including STEP (.step, .stp), IGES (.igs), and Parasolid (.x_t). We also accept 2D drawings in DWG or DXF format with explicit notations for thread sizes, surface finishes, and critical toleranced dimensions.
How does your engineering team evaluate parts for Design for Manufacturability (DFM)?
